Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VMK 3D Studio Private Limited (“VMK”, “we”), registered office at CS No. 2105/74, Plot No. 53, Ruikar Colony, Karvir, Kolhapur, Maharashtra 416005, India, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use vmk3d.ai. By using the platform you consent to this policy.

• Account data — your phone number (used for OTP sign-in), name and profile details you add.
• Project content — prompts, chat messages, reference images you upload, generated concept images and 3D models.
• Order data — delivery address, order history, and payment status. Card/UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateway; we never see or store them.
• Usage data — device, browser and interaction data (including cookies) used to keep the service secure and improve it.

• To provide the service: generate concepts, produce 3D models, manufacture and ship orders.
• To send transactional updates — OTPs, order and project status — by SMS and WhatsApp.
• To enforce fair-use limits, prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.
• To improve our products and, only with your consent, send promotional messages.

Your prompts, reference images and design content are processed by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic for design chat, OpenAI for concept images and Hyper3D for 3D model generation) solely to deliver the design service. We limit what is shared to what the feature needs; your phone number and payment details are never sent to AI providers.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf:

• Supabase — application database, authentication and file storage.
• Google Drive — secure storage of design and production files.
• Gupshup or Twilio — delivery of OTP messages.
• AiSensy or Gupshup (WhatsApp Business) — order and project notifications.
• Payment gateways — payment processing.
• Courier partners — name, address and phone number needed for delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting.

Some providers process data outside India under their own safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Our designers see the design content of projects assigned to them under a masked alias system — your assigned designer works with your project files and design requirements, not your personal contact details.

Data is protected with encryption in transit, row-level access controls and least-privilege access. We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as required by tax and company law (typically 8 years for financial records). Project files are retained so you can reorder or request revisions; you may ask us to delete them.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for promotional messages at any time, by writing to hello@vmk3d.ai. For grievances under Indian IT law, contact our Grievance Officer at the same address — we respond within the timelines prescribed by law.

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and security, and basic analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in from working.

The platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
