VMK 3D Studio Private Limited(“VMK”, “we”, “us”) operates the website and services at vmk3d.ai — an AI-assisted 3D design studio and custom 3D-printing platform. Our registered office is at CS No. 2105/74, Plot No. 53, Ruikar Colony, Karvir, Kolhapur, Maharashtra 416005, India. You can reach us at hello@vmk3d.ai.

By browsing the site, creating an account, starting a design project or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place orders.

• Catalog products — 3D-printed pieces (idols, lamps, jewellery, organizers and more) manufactured to order on our own machines.
• Digital products — downloadable 3D model files, where marked as downloadable.
• Custom design projects — an AI-assisted studio where you describe an idea, receive concept images, and our designers turn the approved concept into a printable 3D model that we manufacture and ship.

Product photos and AI concept renders are visual references. 3D-printed items are handmade-finished and may show minor, normal variations in layer texture, colour and finish from what is shown on screen.

Sign-in uses a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your device and number secure and for all activity under your account. Keep your contact details accurate — we use them for order and delivery updates (including WhatsApp). We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to bypass usage limits or violate these terms.

• Concept generation is subject to fair-use limits per project and per day, shown in the studio.
• When you approve a concept, a design fee becomes payable. It unlocks 3D model generation and designer work, and is credited in full against your final order for that project.
• Each project includes up to 3 free design revisions after the first 3D model; further revisions may be quoted separately.
• Final price for manufacturing is quoted after the design is finalised, based on size, material and finish, and requires your approval before production.

You confirm that ideas, text and images you submit do not infringe anyone else’s intellectual-property rights. We do not produce items that infringe third-party IP (for example, trademarked or licensed characters), weapons, or anything unlawful, and may decline such requests at any stage.

Once a custom project is fully paid for, you receive a perpetual, personal, non-commercial licence to the final design and the physical piece. We retain ownership of our tools, processes, and the right to retain project files for our records. We will not resell your custom design as a catalog product without your consent. All site content, branding and catalog designs remain the property of VMK 3D Studio Private Limited or its licensors; digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where applicable, inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card or banking details. Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered, is available only for tangible/physical products — digital products and design fees must be prepaid. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund.

We ship pan-India with tracking; updates are sent on WhatsApp and shown in your account. Made-to-order items have production lead times shown at checkout or quoted in your project — these are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel on arrival and report transit damage as described in the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because most items are custom or made to order, cancellation windows and return eligibility are specific — they are set out in full in the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including scraping, reverse engineering, overloading our APIs, attempting to access other users’ data or designer identities, submitting unlawful content, or using generated assets to train competing services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order or project is limited to the amount you paid for that order or project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
